CCSC is pleased to introduce a service for you and arrange geological trips for
students, researchers, oil and gas companies and individuals interested
in subsurface geology. We invite people to visit outcrops and famous
mud volcanoes. We also organize trips to modern Dubendi and Sangachaly
oil and gas terminals, offshore platforms where offshore oil was
produced for the first time in the world.
Visits to the Museums of Geology, Paleontology and Oil in Azerbaijan
are also suggested.
Such trips are arranged through CCSC’s well established contacts with
Geology Institute associated with the Academy of Sciences of
Azerbaijan, SOCAR (State Oil Company) and the Society of petroleum
geologists of Azerbaijan and supported by reliable business relations
with local logistic providers (hotel with special discounts, car rent
etc).
If you wish to participate, please inform us of your intention 2 months
before and send us an official application with a number of people and
the dates you would like to stay in Azerbaijan. This is necessary for
our company to prepare budget calculation and a program for a client.
The client only needs to book and buy his flights and CCSC assumes all
other organizational issues.
Scientists and professionals, petroleum experts and production
engineers will accompany you in these trips. Also a special booklet
with information on the visited places will be issued.

Founder
of Caspian Consulting Service company (CCSC) from first days of
establishment signed one year cooperation agreement with Nobel
Oil Company registered in Azerbaijan Republic for the
following purposes.: |

- Identified
strategy of the Company in the area of new business opportunities
and provided recommendation to the top management board on their
implementation.
- Identify
business opportunity for the Company in participation in domestic and
international tenders and pass it to key contact person
- Liaise
with western upstream companies and research institutions in order to
establish and maintain effective and relevant activities and
cooperation and support in relation to the organization's tasks.
- Initiated and attended BD meetings with clients; and preparing proposals for all G&G bids and responses.
- Evaluation of M&A projects in Kazakhstan, Germany and Iraq
- Provided
a significant input into successful offshore exploration
Umid-2 gas condensate discovery well drilling and played
leading role with project teams, which also included
liaising with multiple disciplines at varying levels in the
organization. Prepared post well evaluation, well log evaluations (in
TERRA program);. Identify appraisal requirements and recommendations on
the exploration-development way forward
- Carried
out preliminary estimation of volume and provided geological risk
assessment study of the Umid Babek block for top management (Nobel Oil
&SOCAR) and Investment banks.(Deutsche bank & BNP Paribas)
- Draw road map for SOCAR- UMID JV on behalf of Nobel Oil in their objective/focus of IPO
- Participated
in the realization of organizational projects, in this regard
supported the development / evaluation of Best Practices like
company subcontractor position in construction of 500 Million
cost Fertilize plant project with Samsung Engineering Co
- Development
and implementation of methodologies, concepts and solutions in support
of the business strategies (for example: research concept for local
shale reservoir study, concept for EOR and IOR in old oil fields)

2011-2012 CCSC signed an agreement with TERTO
VENTURES LTD company registered in the Belize for the following

- Implementation of the corporate guidelines and concurrent documentation.
- Identify
strategy of the Company in the area of new business opportunities and
provide recommendation to the management board on their implementation.
- Identify
new opportunities in upstream, midstream and downstream development for
the Company including: review of opportunities for acquiring of a
participating interest in exploration & production assets, such as
perspective structures and oil & gas fields in Azerbaijan, Caspian
region and other countries through supervising over evaluation of G
& G (geological-geophysical) and reservoir data, creation of expert

In 2012-2013 CCSC signed cooperation agreement with Great Ecology (USA), KMT and number of small and mid size companies on evaluation
of laboratory tests for characterization of the shallow subsurface
geology and ecology issue with special consideration of soil
mechanical properties ; Project management of Geoscience-led projects,
including both external relations with clients and internal PM of the
team ; EOR & IOR onshore project rankings and preparation of
reservoir in put parameters for modeling in Azerbaijan.
In 2013
CCSC signed cooperation agreement with Ludwig Pfeiffer Hoch und Tiefbau
GmbH & Co (Germany), PVT Wasser- und AbWassertechnik GmbH (Germany)

From 2014 CCSC сlosely working with Switzerland located Geologin G3 company on
Low Temperature Thermochronology geochemical analyses and geological
observation for Oil and Gas prospects. We propose the following

complexes and separate anomalous
objects. The electric-resonance
method efficiency is
demonstrated by the results of
its practical application at the
ecological,
